At Boon Therapeutics, under-eye restoration begins with a comprehensive assessment of volume loss, skin quality, ligament support, fat protrusion, and overall facial balance. Depending on your anatomy and goals, treatment may include hyaluronic acid filler to restore structural support and soften hollows, PRFM or PDGF-based regenerative treatments to improve skin quality and stimulate collagen production, or a combination approach designed to create natural, long-lasting improvement.

Not every under-eye concern can or should be treated with injectables. In some cases, prominent fat pads, significant skin laxity, or advanced aging changes may be best addressed through a lower blepharoplasty. When surgical intervention is the most appropriate option, we will provide an honest recommendation and referral to a trusted specialist.
